Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam

E.A. and DICE, announced that they will be launching some DLC, for Bad Company 2. This is exciting for BFBC2 players since every new map pack is just maps from different games rearranged for other game play modes. Now they are promising 4 Maps, new weapons and vehicles, with some add-ons and what not.

Now i'm guessing that there is gonna be some flame weapons added, but i wanna here from you.

with weapons and vehicles and any other info you know or want to see.

All ideas will be posted up until the release of the DLC.

Call of Duty Update

The Call of Duty team has just launched a few updates to the public. One update is a multilayer video, of actual game play video. The other is a prestige edition, with a remote control car.

First of all the video, it shows some game play on multilayer, and it looks exciting. The first clip shows soemthing like a security camera set, that can be seen in the top right corner of the video. Were not sure if its a perk or an item or what yet, but i looks like it can be set up and probably destroyed by enemy players. The second clip shows a death and the first 3 kill streak, which looks exactly like the remote control car we will talk about later in the post, the person also kills some other person and gets a care package. Then the person picks up a cross bow and shoots another player with it and it detonates, i'm personally excited to see what can be done with this. After the death it looks like a cruise missile of some sort, not sure if its controllable or a point and strike yet but well have to see. Next is the ballistics knife, a pop knife weapon that looks to be an insta-kill, then the double knife kill all i can say to that is its gonna be brutal. On the next video to the right you see a person dive off the screen to the, and the background a care package drop of some sort. A sticky grenade crotch shot is next, so we have confirmed there is sticky grenades. Next is a clip of the remote control car, driving up  behind a person and detonating. Behind in the next clip is a napalm explosion (un-confirmed), but that should be an exciting perk. Next clip just has a sniper and a missile strike. The final clip is the same as a first but we see a replay menu, and a upload button so that should be fun to have. If we can access these videos, i will start a Call of Duty video program.

Now to the remote control car combo pack, its $150 (US), I find it kinda a gimmick. Its a remote control car that has a video camera and a reviver plus a mic, but i'm sure after 5 or 6 uses it will have an auto detonate.

If you see anything else on the video that i didn't notice, use the email link bellow your idea and ill make sure it goes up plus you will get credit and your name on the site.

Resistance

The Resistance duo, is two games that are exclusively for PS3, its almost the Halo for PS3. The Resistance single player story follows that of Nathan Hale, a man that resisted the virus. The story line is a good story line that draws you into it, the only problem is if you didn't read the loading screen then you had no idea were you were.

The weapons in the game are a bit cheap, like a gun that shoots a tracer and all the bullets following it will go around corners and what not, and another gun that shoots through walls. The human guns are fun though, but the sniper has a secondary that slows time down to snipe moving enemy's.

The graphics all in all could be a lot better its a bit cheap at times, but all in all Resistance Fall of Man is a good game that has excellent replay ability, plus a co-op mode to keep you and your friends playing.  The online is a bit diffrent but playable. For the price you can find it at a local store or online is a good deal.

Resistance 2 takes place a few years after the first one, and still follows Nathan Hale around, but now he is no longer U.S. army he is now a member of a special group of soldiers. The story line in this one is a bit better since it takes place in America, and places I've actually been to. The game introduces alot of new monsters and creatures. The weapons that are cheap got a little cheaper, with X-ray vision type stuff and what not, but all in all i think it does add to the first one.'

They did pick up on the graphics, the game almost looks life like. They also gave your character a lot more depth Online pla

I would recommend buying this one also, but first play the first one.

Battlefield Bad Company 2

Case for
PC
First off I'll let all of you know I was not a fan of Battlefield Bad Company 1. I thought the story line relied too much on humor and the destruction factor and the story line and online play were lacking, but my friend convinced me to pick up a copy of BBC2, and I was resentful but I found it brand new just on the market on sale so I bought it. The minute I brought it home I loved it. The online play is fun and addicting (I've got almost 200 hours). Sniping on this game is not something every one can master it requires talent and the maps are great (for the most part). Every so often they release a map pack for it and keeps it up to date.

Some of the down side's to this game are, the map packs they do release are just maps re-made from other game play types and modes, but they promised this winter their will be a Vietnam add on with brand new maps. Another down side is ranking. This isn't like COD being a General in a week and prestige, this takes time and effort, but the medals and awards keep it going fast so it makes up for it.

I highly recommend this game to any fan of FPS.

M.A.G.

For Sony PlayStation 3

The Game M.A.G. What is there to say about this FPS. I would have to say its one of the lower end of FPS games I've played. Basically you choose one team and do the same maps over and over again doing the same thing. Then you have people who have played the game since release that have all the guns and kill you like its nothing. Plus when I bought this game the guy made sure I had a mic, so I set up my mic and I'm talking to myself. One game I talked to some other people and that was it. To get to the larger games you basically have to spend a full week playing.

If you are a fan of FPS games stay far away from this one it's a must not buy. If you don't believe me rent it.

Medal of Honor BETA

Case Photo for
Sony PlayStation 3
I Pre-Ordered my copy of Medal of Honor, and it came with a beta code for my PS3. After following the instruction's I finally get my beta download code and install the game, it was relatively easy.

It came with two maps one for a mission style game play and the other is for Team Death Match. I mainly played the TDM map cause I mostly enjoy just full on shooters games. It came with limited guns and a limited items but it still was interesting.

The game play style was fast passed and was almost like Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. As I started playing it it became a little better then CODMW2. Sniping was a little harder, but when playing as assault the game play is different.

In conclusion I recommend this game to any FPS shooter fan, but don't go in playing it like Call of Duty.
